Quasifree scattering of kaons

Abstract

The inclusive scattering of K+ mesons on C12 is calculated in the plane wave impulse approximation. The momentum distribution employed for C12 and different reaction mechanism approaches are checked by a comparison with data of a calculation of the inclusive scattering of electrons on C12.
