Scattering of α particles by light nuclei

Abstract

Pole Feynman diagrams with heavy particle transfer mechanism are known to explain the anomalous backscattering of α particles by light nuclei. Triangle Feynman diagrams (with the heavy particle transfer mechanism) are used here to explain forward elastic scattering for the same reactions.
