Abstract
The heavy-ion reactions () and (, ) have been used to study by -ray spectroscopy the nuclei and with emphasis on high-spin states. Spin and parity assignments were made on the basis of coincidence measurements, angular distributions, and excitation functions. Level schemes for and have been constructed which contain a stretched spin band on a state.
