Abstract
High-spin states have been investigated with the (,) reaction by coincidence, -ray angular distribution, and pulsed beam- timing measurements with Ge(Li) detectors. Decay schemes, level energies, and spin-parity information were obtained for from the data. The positive-parity yrast level sequence was established up to a state at 3326 keV. An isomeric level at 2203 keV was found and observed to have a mean lifetime of nsec. The factor of this isomer was measured to be . The observed properties of levels in are compared with shell-model calculations.
