Abstract

In the Li6(He3,p)Be8 (0+,2+) reaction, the experimental results of the differential cross section and the polarization are fairly well described by a cluster point of view in which, instead of two-nucleon transfer, a deuteron transfer is a dominant process. The optical-model parameters for pBe8 are also investigated.
