Abstract

An integral relation is derived for the asymptotic normalization constant of the neutron-deuteron tail in the triton wave function. The formula resembles integrals employed in obtaining the triton wave function and it should be particularly useful for calculating the asymptotic normalization of wave functions obtained from local potentials.
