Abstract

A new 48.2±1.7 min isomeric state in 154Eu has been produced through the 154Sm(p,n) reaction at Ep=11 MeV. Excited states in 154Eu with lifetimes of 4.1±0.4 μs and 50±10ns were also observed at Ex=68 and 101 keV, respectively.
