Abstract
The reaction has been studied at a bombarding energy of 18 MeV. Levels were identified up to an excitation energy of 13.3 MeV in . Several new spin-parity and isospin assignments are made. A comparison of the experimental spectroscopic strengths with those predicted by the Nilsson, SU(3), and shell models shows reasonably good agreement.
