New mass-table parameters for nuclei Z16

Abstract

Recent measurements of the masses of Li11 and B14 and a better fitting procedure result in a new set of parameters for the Garvey et al. mass table. A better agreement is obtained for the limit of stability as Be14 and C19 are now predicted to be bound.
