The anticentrifugal stretching in ${}_{}{}^{20}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{Ne}$ resulting from a Hartree-Fock calculation is well accounted for in an $\alpha -{}_{}{}^{16}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{O}$ cluster model with a Woods-Saxon potential that has the same radius for states of different $J$.
