The ${}_{}{}^{19}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{F}\mathrm{}(d,p)\mathrm{}{}_{}{}^{20}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{F}$ reaction has been reinvestigated with special emphasis on the weak states. The structure of all states below 4.2 MeV is reviewed and compared with ${\left(sd\right)}^4$ and open-core shell-model calculations.
