The low-energy total cross section for the photodisintegration of ${}_{}{}^6{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{Li}$ is discussed in a sequential-decay model. Satisfactory agreement between theory and experiment is obtained from threshold to $\gamma$-ray energies of about 12 MeV in an essentially parameter-free model.
