New State at 4.593 MeV in Ne19

Abstract

Analysis of data from the O16(Li6,t)Ne19 reaction shows that the tentative new 4.59-MeV state in Ne19 is indeed present. As a result, a state is missing in the corresponding region of excitation in F19. Possible mirror correspondences are discussed.
