Half-Life of Be10

Abstract

The half-life of Be10 has been measured to be (1.5 ± 0.3) × 106 yr, a value in significant disagreement with the previously accepted value of (2.7 ± 0.4) × 106 yr. We discuss several implications of the revised half-life.
