The half-life of ${}_{}{}^{14}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{O}$ is measured as 70.48 ± 0.15 sec, in agreement with a recently reported value. The error assigned to the present result is thought to include a realistic assessment of the systematic errors in the measurement and analysis.
