Abstract
Using the non-central particle-hole interaction determined from a fit of the energy spectra of the non-normal-parity states in , , and , we have reproduced the energy spectrum of the non-normal-parity states in satisfactorily via a shell-model calculation. The important contribution from states of coupled to a hole in the wave functions is pointed out.
