Angular distributions from the reaction 12C(α, γ0)16O in the 13 MeV excitation region of 16O

Abstract

Angular distributions of gamma rays from the reaction 12C(α,γ)16O in the energy region Eα = 7.6–8.1 MeV were measured with good accuracy. The coefficients of the Legendre polynomial expansion of the angular distributions are given as functions of energy. Some resonance parameters are extracted.
