Study of Mirror States in A=19 with the (Li6,t) and (Li6, He3) Reactions on O16

Abstract

The reactions O16(Li6, He3)F19 and O16(Li6,t)Ne19 have been performed at an incident energy of 24 MeV. The observed strong selectivity of these reactions suggests a predominantly direct-reaction mechanism and allows the identification of several isobaric analogs in F19 and Ne19.
