Abstract

Deuteron-deuteron elastic scattering was investigated with a gas target. Excitation curves were taken at 60° and 90° c.m. for lab deuteron energies from 3.5 to 12.25 MeV. Angular distributions were taken at 4.46, 5.46, 6.47, 8.51, 9.53, 10.55 and 11.57 MeV from 40° to 97.5° c.m. Differential cross sections were measured with an absolute error of less than ±3%.
