Abstract

Form factors for E1 (ΔT=0) electroexcitation of the 10.8-MeV level of C12 and the 7.12-MeV level of O16 were obtained from inelastic electron scattering experiments. These form factors showed an anomalous q dependence relative to the usual E1 electroexcitation.
