Abstract
The hyperfine structures of the state of 55-min and 49-min have been determined by the optical double-resonance technique. For , the measurements yield a nuclear spin , a dipole interaction constant MHz, and a quadrupole interaction constant MHz. For , , MHz, and MHz. If the hfs anomaly and quadrupole shielding effects are neglected, the nuclear magnetic dipole moments with diamagnetic correction are and , and the nuclear quadrupole moments are b and b.
