Abstract

A Ge(Li) detector has been used to study gamma rays from the 10B(α, pγ)13C and 10B(α, α'γ)10B reactions. Relative cross sections for the 3.088, 3.682 3.852 and 0.717 MeV gamma rays have been obtained, and excitation curves at 90° for α-particles with energies from 1 to 3.5 MeV are given corresponding to excited levels between 12.3 and 14.1 MeV in 14N.
