Abstract

A “boot-strap” approach has been used to obtain the neutron binding energies of 10Be and 24Na from thermal neutron capture gamma-ray experiments. Values of 6811.9 ± 0.4 keV and 6959.3 ± 0.4 keV were obtained for 10Be and 24Na, respectively.
