Abstract
The 185-μsec isomer in has been produced by the () reaction and the delayed radiation studied with scintillation spectrometers and a magnetic spectrometer. The results have been combined with high-resolution measurements of the rays from thermal-neutron capture in , using a curved-crystal spectrometer. A level at 190.90 keV decays by two -forbidden transitions of 19 and 136.66 keV to the and members, respectively, of the ground-state rotational band of .
