Distorted wave analysis of deuteron induced reactions in O18

Abstract

The distorted wave Born approximation is used to analyse the reactions O18(d,t)O17 and O18(d,p)O19. Assignments of L values obtained from Butler theory are confirmed, fractional parentage coefficients extracted and the wave function of the ground state of O18 is estimated.
