Abstract
() angular correlations are reported for the reaction at incident deuteron energies of 1 MeV and 0.7 MeV. Correlations were measured with the detector perpendicular to the reaction plane and with the detector in the reaction plane. The latter were taken with the neutron detector at 0°, 10°, 45°, 90°, 135°, and 150°. Strong terms appear in the reaction plane corrections. This suggests either (1) the presence of compound nuclear effects in the reaction, or (2) a more complicated stripping situation than has previously been assumed for this reaction.
