Abstract

The differential cross sections at 90° of the reactions O16(d, p0), O16(d, p1) and O16(d, α0) have been measured in the energy range 0.8-2.0 MeV.

All three reactions give evidence of a new level of F18 at 8.50 MeV. The first two reactions give evidence of a new level of F18 at 9.00 MeV.

The resonance at Ed = 1.80 MeV of the third reaction cannot be attributed with certainty to any 9.14 MeV level. Some properties of the new levels are discussed.
