Abstract

Lithium beams of mass 6 and 7 were used to bombard thick targets of Li6F and Li7F. Reactions leading to Li7, Be7, Be10, B10, B11, B12, C11, C12, and C13 were identified from direct observation of gamma rays, residual target radiation, and the presence of neutrons.
