Inelastic scattering of 96 MeV protons

Abstract

An analysis is made of the angular distribution of 96 MeV protons inelastically scattered by carbon. It was found that by using the collective model of the nucleus the agreement to the experimental results is as good as the previous calculations based upon the individual particle model of the nucleus.
