Abstract
The alpha particle spectra from the reaction have been measured at a laboratory angle of 30° for triton energies ranging from 0.95 to 2.10 Mev and at laboratory angles of 30°, 60°, 90°, and 120° for 1.9-Mev incident tritons. Absolute cross sections are obtained. Analysis of the spectra in terms of a two-stage process involving the formation and breakup of is discussed. Evidence for neutron-neutron correlation is observed but no evidence is found for a bound dineutron.
