Abstract
The differential cross sections reported in the previous paper have been analyzed using the dispersion formalism to obtain properties of the energy levels of . A detailed fit of the calculated cross section to the experimental data was possible for the two broad resonances in the 3-Mev (lab) region. The 3.7-Mev (lab) anomaly cannot be accounted for by a single level. For the remaining levels, a detailed fit of the calculated cross section to the experimental data was not attempted. It was possible, however, to restrict the values and parity of these levels by a qualitative inspection of the data.
