Quadrupole Moments of Short-Lived β-Emitters ^{13, 19}O and ²¹F

RADIOACTIVITY ¹³O(β⁺) [from ⁹Be(¹⁶O, X), E=135 MeV/nucleon]; ¹⁹O(β^-) [from ¹⁸O(d, p), E=3.25 MeV]; ²¹F(β^-) [from ⁹Be(²²Ne, X), E=100 MeV/nucleon]; measured β-NQR spectrum in TiO₂, MgF₂. ¹³O, ¹⁹O, ²¹F deduced quadrupole moments. Comparison with neighboring nuclei and with theoretical results. Halo effects discussed.
