Collectivity of neutron-rich Ti isotopes

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 1H(58Ti, 58Ti'), [secondary 58Ti beam from Be(70Zn, X), E=63 MeV/nucleon primary reaction], E=42.0 MeV/nucleon; measured particle spectra, time-of-flight, Eγ, Iγ, (particle)γ-, γγ-coin, angle-integrated σ using RIPS separator and DALI2 array of NaI(Tl) detectors at RIBF, RIKEN facility. 58Ti; deduced levels, J, π, deformation length of first 2+ state, collectivity. Systematics of energies and deformation lengths of first 2+ states in A=44-62 Ti, Fe and Cr isotopes, comparison with shell-model calculations.
