Comparison with large-scale shell model, and the interacting boson model calculations, and with previous experimental data. Comparison of σ for 2604-keV state with theoretical cross sections calculated with the code CINDY. Systematics of low-lying positive-parity band structures and E2 transition strengths in 74,76Ge, 76Se, 78Kr.
