Comparison with IBA-1 model calculations and systematics of neighboring Dy and Er nuclei. NUCLEAR STRUCTURE 154,156,158,160,162Dy, 156,158,160,162,164,166Er; calculated levels, J, π, X(E0/E2) ratios of reduced transition probabilities, isotope shifts with IBA-1 calculations. Comparison with experimental data.
