Tigress and Bambino arrays at TRIUMF-ISAC facility. GOSIA analysis of Coulomb excitation data. Comparisons with shell-model calculations using the USD, USDB and p-sd effective interactions employing OXBASH shell-model code, and with results for 20F mirror nucleus.
