First measurement of polarisation transfer Cnx, in deuteron photodisintegration

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 1H(p, pJ/ψ), E=4.0-6.5 GeV; analyzed experimental total σ(E) and differential σ(E) data from GlueX, SLAC, and HERMES collaborations within the vector meson dominance (VMD) model using two gluon exchange model and effective Pomeron model; deduced scattering lengths of vector mesons and proton interaction, and ψ(2S)-proton interaction as function of ratio of final momentum and initial momentum. Relevance to future experiments on precise characterization of the vector meson-proton scattering length.
