Probing particle-phonon-coupled states in the neutron-rich nucleus ⁶⁵Cu by lifetime measurements with fast-timing techniques

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ⁶⁴Ni(⁷Li, 2nα), (⁷Li, 3n), E=32 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, level half-lives by fast-timing technique. ⁶⁵Cu, ⁶⁸Ga; deduced levels, B(E3), configuration. Comparison with particle-vibration (weak) coupling model calculations.
