Statistical code used to simulate inelastic transitions and to determine the branching ratios of transitions to ground state. GEANT4 simulations. Comparison with previous experimental studies, and with theoretical calculations using quasiparticle random-phase approximation (QRPA) and relativistic quasiparticle time blocking approximation (RQTBA) approaches. Comparison of photoabsorption σ in 136,138Ba and 139La targets.
