Comparison with data from 44Ca(p, p'), E=200 MeV reaction populating T=1 states in 44Ca. Comparison with shell-model calculations using GXPF1J effective interaction. Discussed double isobaric analog state in 44Ca, and analog states in A=44 system of 44K, 44Ca, 44Sc, 44Ti, 44V, 44Cr nuclei.

RADIOACTIVITY 44Cr(β+), (β+p); deduced half-life of 44Cr, and β+ spectrum based on B(GT) from 44Ca(3He, t) reaction; compared β+ spectrum with measured delayed-proton spectrum.
