Comparison of average γ , β, and conversion electron energies with those in the ENDF/B-VII.1 and JEFF-3.3 databases. 235U; deduced reactor antineutrino spectrum. 96mY; deduced as a major contributor to reactor decay heat in uranium-plutonium and thorium-uranium fuels around 10 s after fission pulses from reactor summation calculations.
