Comparison with experimental and theoretical values of two 1+ states in 82As and 80Ga. Comparison with empirical core-particle coupling model and fully microscopic treatment within Skyrme-QRPA (quasiparticle random-phase approximation) approach. Discussed Gamow-Teller fragmentation due to tensor correlations and couplings to 2p-2h excitations. 82Ga(β-); measured half-life from growth-decay curve for 1348-keV γ ray, and compared with earlier experimental value. 81,82,82mAs, 81,81mGe, 82Ga, 130,132Sb, 132Sn(β-), 82Ga(β-n); observed γ rays from fission fragments present in the sample. NUCLEAR STRUCTURE 81Ga, 83As, 85Br, 87Rb; calculated proton QP energies, occupation probabilities. 80Ga, 82As, 84Br, 86Rb; calculated unperturbed energies of neutron-proton 2-qp states. 81Ge, 82,83As, 85Kr, 86,87Rb; calculated levels, J, π. 80Ga, 82As; calculated energies and structures of the QRPA dipole (1+) neutron-proton 2-qp states. Comparison with experimental data. Empirical core-particle coupling model and fully microscopic treatment within Skyrme-QRPA approach.

Discussed dependence of gR parameter upon the quasiproton and quasineutron structure of high-K isomeric states in this mass region.
