Properties of resonances in ¹²C above the triple-alpha threshold

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁰B(³He, p3α), ¹¹B(³He, d3α), E≈10 MeV; measured Eα, Iα(θ), αα-coin, Ep, Ip(θ), E(d), I(d, θ), pα-coin, dα-coin. ¹²C deduced resonances energy, width, branching ratios to the i⁸Be ground state using R matrix. Compared with published data.

Observation of γ-delayed 3α breakup of the 15.11 and 12.71 MeV states in ¹²C

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁰B(³He, p), E=4.9 MeV; ¹¹B(³He, d), E=8.5 MeV; measured Ep, Ip, Eα, Iα in complete kinematics. ¹²C; deduced γ-ray and α-decay branching ratios from high energy levels, B(M1). Comparison with calculations and other data.
