Statistical approaches to lifetime measurements with restricted observation times

RADIOACTIVITY 94mRu(IT); measured and analyzed half-life of fully-ionized (bare) ions of 8+ isomeric state at 2644 keV using generic statistical methods based on frequentism and Bayesianism, and various filtering and sorting scenarios at the Experimental Cooler Storage Ring (CSRe) in Lanzhou, China; deduced ICC. ATOMIC MASSES 94Ru, 94mRu; measured mass excesses of the isomer and the ground state of 94Ru using isochronous mass spectrometry (IMS) at Heavy Ion Research Facility (HIRFL), Lanzhou, and compared with AME-2016.
