Band Crossings in the Positive-Parity High-Spin States of ⁸³Rb and ⁸⁵Y

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ⁶⁸Zn(¹⁸O, 2np), E=56 MeV; ⁵⁹Co(²⁸Si, 2p), E=99 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin. ⁸³Rb, ⁸⁵Y deduced high-spin levels, J, π, deformation. TRS calculations. Rotational band systematics in N=46 isotones discussed.
