Experimental determination of an I^π=2^- ground state in ^{72, 74}Cu

NUCLEAR MOMENTS ⁷²Cu, ⁷⁴Cu; measured resonance fluorescence spectra, hyperfine structure parameters, spins, static magnetic dipole and electric quadrupole moments of the ground states using collinear laser spectroscopy at the CERN on-Line Isotope Mass Separator (ISOLDE) facility. Comparison with shell-model calculations using the JUN45 interaction.
