RADIOACTIVITY 61,63V(β-), (β-n)[from 9Be(76Ge, X), E=130 MeV/nucleon]; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-, (fragment)γ-coin, I(β-), half-lives of 61,63V ground states using A1900 fragment separator, Beta Counting System (BCS) and Segmented Ge Array (SeGA) at NSCL-MSU facility. 61,63Cr; deduced levels, J, π, %β-n, internal-conversion coefficient, multipolarity, configurations. Comparison with shell-model calculations.

NUCLEAR STRUCTURE 55,57,59,61Cr; calculated levels, J, π, configuration amplitudes using shell-model with GXPF1A and KB3G interactions. Comparison with experimental data.
