Rotational Bands with Terminating Properties in ⁵⁹Ni

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ⁴⁰Ca(²⁹Si, 2p2α), E=130 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-, (charged particle)γ-coin, DSA. ⁵⁹Ni deduced high-spin levels, J, π, configurations, T_1/2, transition quadrupole moments, band terminations. Gammasphere, Microball arrays. Comparison with cranked Nilsson-Strutinsky model results.
