NUCLEAR REACTIONS 28Si(28Si, 3pα), E=117 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, (particle)γ-coin, γγ(θ)(DCO) using the EUROBALL γ-ray detector array and recoil-filter detector (RFD) at IReS Strasbourg Vivitron facility. 49V; deduced high-spin levels, J, π, multipolarity, mixing ratio, bands, configuration, band termination. Comparison with shell-model calculations.
