Resonance triplet at Ea=4.5 MeV in the 40Ca(α, γ)44Ti reaction

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 40Ca(α, γ), E=4.5 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, yields. 44Ti; deduced levels, triplet of resonances near 4.5 MeV, resonance strengths, γ-decay branching ratios, α widths, astrophysical reaction rates. Comparison with previous data. Target composition determined by elastic recoil detection (ERD) method and by nuclear reactions.

Strength of the Ep = 1.842 MeV resonance in the 40Ca(p, γ)41Sc reaction reexamined

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 40Ca(p, γ)41Sc, E=1.842 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, strength of 1.842-MeV resonance. 40Ca(α, γ)44Ti, E=4.5 MeV; deduced ratio of strengths of 1.842-MeV resonance in 40Ca(p, γ) reaction and 4.5-MeV resonance triplet in 40Ca(α, γ)44Ti. Comparison with previous experimental results.
